Pad Thai seasoning is a tangy, savoury sauce from Thailand. It’s designed to recreate the flavour of an authentic Pad Thai. With no chopping or mixing required, you can prepare the famous Thai noodle dish in minutes.

The sauce gets its mellow sweetness from coconut palm sugar. Tamarind provides the distinctive sweet-sour tang. It caramelises as it cooks, coating your noodles and creating a glossy sauce.

For a quick and easy Pad Thai, first fry shallots and garlic. Add chicken, prawns or tofu, followed by a beaten egg. Add your rice noodles, Pad Thai seasoning and mix well. Garnish with bean sprouts, Chinese chives, crushed peanuts and lime wedges.

This Pad Thai seasoning is made without preservatives, artificial colours or MSG.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
