It is produced in Puglia in sun-soaked southern Italy without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers. In addition to its well-balanced taste, this oil has a wonderful vegetal aroma with notes of artichoke and almond.
This organic olive oil is extremely versatile, ideal for cooking, marinades and dressings. You can swirl it over barbecued chicken, whole baked salmon or a classic Pugliese pasta dish: orecchiette with spicy sausage and cime di rapa.
