Casarecce is a twisted pasta shape that originated in Sicily. The twists and grooves trap sauces like pesto and ragu. Cook it al dente, as they would in Italy. 

Made from British spelt, this pasta has a wholesome taste and texture. You can use it in pasta bakes or simply toss it with your favourite sauce. The shape works well with nutty pestos and meaty ragus.
