Nihon Shokken Yakiniku Sauce, 2kg

Description

Use Nihon Shokken yakinuki sauce for Japanese BBQ recipes and grilled meat, particularly wagyu beef. Use the sauce as a dip, or to glaze ingredients after grilling. The large 2kg bottle is good for catering and professional kitchen use.

The soy-based sauce is sweetened with fruit juice and has an umami depth from fermented rice. The thick, glossy sauce can also be used as a marinade before cooking.
