Nihon Shokken’s kara-age batter mix makes a seasoned batter for classic Japanese fried chicken. The large 2kg bag is ideal for catering and professional kitchens.
To make the batter, combine 200ml of the kara-age mix with 200ml of water - to make enough to coat roughly 1kg of ingredients. Once coated, deep fry your ingredients until golden and crunchy.
