Description
Nihon Shokken eel sauce, also known as unagi no tare, is a thick, glossy sauce which can be used as a roasting glaze, or a finishing seasoning. The large 2kg bottle is ideal for catering and professional kitchens.
Use the sauce to roast eel, or try it with ingredients such as tofu, chicken and roasted vegetables. It can also be used to drizzle over steamed bao buns or to dress sushi.
