Description

Moulins Mahjoub lemon and caper harissa is made with organic ingredients. They are harvested by hand from the family farm in northern Tunisia. Lemon and capers give the North African chilli paste a zingy, citrusy twist. 

The sauce is made with sun-dried tomatoes, baklouti peppers and sweet peppers. They are blended with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and capers. Tebel, a Tunisian spice blend, adds warmth and earthy undertones.

Moulins Mahjoub harissa is made in small batches without additives or preservatives. It’s milder than traditional harissa but with the same bold taste. Capers give it a briny tang, while lemon adds intense, zesty notes with a hint of bitterness.

This North African condiment is ideal for spreading and dipping. Stir it through creamy dips or spread it on homemade flatbreads. It’s fantastic in marinades for meat and fish.

Add a spoonful of lemon and caper harissa to Mediterranean stews. The spicy, citrusy flavour works brilliantly in tagines and tray bakes.
