Moulins Mahjoub extra virgin olive oil is made from early harvest Chetoui olives. This variety is native to Tunisia where the family’s farm is located. 

Grown in the fertile Mejerda Valley, the olives are handpicked and stone-milled. This traditional process preserves the oil’s natural character. The result is a vibrant green olive oil that’s rich in antioxidants.

This organic Tunisian olive oil has a medium fruity flavour and vegetal aroma. It’s soft on the palate with a lingering, mildly spicy finish. It can be used for cooking and as a finishing oil. Try swirling it over grilled sardines and spiced potatoes.

Serve the fragrant oil in small bowls with crusty bread. It’s a great way to showcase its refined flavour. It’s also fantastic in dressings and marinades. Pair it with lemon, garlic and herbs to marinate meat and fish before grilling.
