Description

Marine gomasio with sesame and seaweed is an umami seed mix for livening up salads, rice bowls and seafood dishes. Gomasio comes from the Japanese words ‘goma’ which means sesame, and ‘shio’ which means salt. Made with sesame seeds, salt, nori and sugar syrup, this roasted blend provides toasty and salty flavours and aromas. Sprinkle this salty seed blend over sushi, rice, pan-fried sea vegetables and fish carpaccio. 

Ingredients: Toasted wholegrains white sesame seeds 83.8%, salt, nori (Porphyra sp.) 6.3%, sugar syrup (cane sugar, water).
