Maison Bremond’s pistachio sauce has the richest, purest flavour as it is made with just three ingredients - Italian pistachios, olive oil and salt. The gentle nutty flavour of pistachio pairs beautifully with smooth olive oil for a luxurious pesto. 

This pistachio pesto pairs beautifully with white meat and fish, or layer on crusty ciabatta when making bruschetta or avocado on toast. It also makes a delicious simple salad dressing - just combined with extra olive oil until it reaches pouring consistency.
