The Tous Le Jour olive oil is made from 100% Koroneiki olives, grown in Messinia in the Peloponnese.
The Koroneiki variety has a fresh taste, with nutty aromas as well as cut grass and green apple. This is a fruity and mellow oil with a pure olive taste and a gentle bitter finish.
Ideal as both a cooking and finishing oil, upgrade your everyday plates with a drizzle of this oil. Dress a crisp Nicoise salad or use when frying steak and seafood. Or simply dip in crusty Focaccia for a classic bread and oil starter done to perfection.
