Kalios Greek Dried Rosemary Branches, 40g
Description
Flavour roast lamb and rustic stews with Kalios dried rosemary. It’s grown in Greece and dried in the shade to preserve its taste and aroma.
Rosemary has a strong, pine-like fragrance. It’s a key ingredient in many Mediterranean recipes. You will find it in sauces, stuffing and marinades for meat and fish. Pair it with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice to rub into chicken before grilling.
You can add whole branches to tray bakes and casseroles. Or, push the leaves into focaccia dough before baking. For soups and sauces, chop the leaves finely before adding them to the pan.
Use dried rosemary in this recipe for Tuscan bean soup.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
