Kalios Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 250ml

Description

Kalios Greek olive oil is infused with fresh basil. It adds Mediterranean flavour to all kinds of recipes. 

Try drizzling it over a caprese salad or a bowl of penne arrabiata. It’s an instant flavour boost for salads, pizza and roasted vegetables. You can also use it in marinades for meat and fish. Mix it with garlic and lemon zest for a bright, zingy taste.

The oil is made from Koroneiki olives collected at the end of the harvest. It’s unheated and cold-pressed to preserve its flavour and aroma.

Kalios grows their olives in the Kalamata region of southern Greece. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves.

Kalios olive oil is famous for its low acidity (less than 0.3%). Low acidity is an indicator of quality and the care taken when processing the olives. The result is a fresher flavour and an oil rich in antioxidants.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
