These salted butter caramels are made in Brittany, northwest France. They are flavoured with fleur de sel from Guérande, an area famous for its salt marshes. The caramels are sweet and buttery with just a hint of sea salt.
Let each golden caramel melt on your tongue to appreciate its flavour. Flaky sea salt adds a bright, saline tang to balance the buttery sweetness.
These caramels are made by French confectioners, La Maison d’Armorine. Their recipe has remained unchanged for over 75 years. They use only the finest local ingredients.

About La Maison d'Armorine
Based in Quiberon, France, La Maison D’armorine has created sweet delicacies since 1946. Three generations have taken their turn to create the salted butter caramels – a Breton speciality. The sweets are created using local ingredients and traditional processes involving a copper caldron.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, butter (milk) (10%), milk powder, sea salt from guérande (0.8%), fleur de sel from guérande (0.3%).
