Frantoio Franci Villa Magra Grand Cru is an award-winning Tuscan olive oil. It’s made from Frantoio olives grown on the slopes of Mount Amiata. 

The harvest begins in early October when the olives are still green. They are processed within hours of being picked to preserve their fresh flavour. The result is a dark green oil with a powerful, herbaceous aroma. Inhale deeply to discover notes of artichoke and almond.

On the palate, this Italian oil is bold, rich, and complex. There’s a pronounced bitterness and a spicy, lingering finish that fills your mouth. It’s particularly good with vegetables, both cooked and raw.

Drizzle the aromatic oil over bitter leaves like endive and radicchio. It’s fantastic for roasting vegetables and swirling over soups and lentils. Use it as a finishing touch for grilled meat and fish. The oil’s robust flavour complements red meats like beef and lamb.

The oil is presented in a black bottle with a red stamp. The dark glass protects the oil from sunlight, preserving its flavour.

Frantoio Franci is one of only six producers to be awarded 100 points by Flos Olei. This perfect score is a testament to the quality of their olive oil.
