This extra virgin olive oil is produced in Tuscany. It’s made with Maurino olives which are native to the region. They are harvested in autumn and milled within hours of being picked.

Frantoio Franci Delicate Maurino olive oil is mild and beautifully balanced. It’s best used as a finishing oil to preserve its light, vegetal flavour. It has a fresh aroma that is reminiscent of tomato leaves.

This delicate olive oil is fantastic with fish and seafood. Drizzle it over carpaccio, grilled sea bass and spaghetti with clams. You can also use it to dress salads and make mayonnaise.

Frantoio Franci is one of only six producers to be awarded 100 points by Flos Olei. This perfect score is a testament to the quality of their olive oil.
