Description

Frantoio Franci Bio extra virgin olive oil is certified organic. It’s made from a blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Olivastra olives. These varieties are native to Tuscany where Frantoio Franci’s olive groves are situated. 

This organic olive oil has a robust, medium fruity flavour. There is a subtle sweetness followed by a spicy finish. On the nose, there are aromas of freshly cut grass and artichoke.

Frantoio Franci Bio olive oil is perfect for pinzimonio. This simple Italian appetiser pairs olive oil with fresh, raw vegetables. The oil is seasoned with salt, pepper and sometimes lemon juice. It’s a great match for crisp, crunchy crudités.

Swirl Tuscan olive oil over bruschetta and fresh cheeses. You can also use it as a finishing oil for mild-flavoured fish and seafood.

Frantoio Franci is one of only six producers to be awarded 100 points by Flos Olei. This perfect score is a testament to the quality of their olive oil.
