Fallot Wholegrain Mustard, 305g

Description

Fallot wholegrain mustard adds depth of flavour to salad dressings, sauces and marinades. Made to a traditional French recipe, it has an earthy sweetness that pairs beautifully with meat. Mix it with honey to create a sticky glaze for sausages or add it to a cream sauce to serve with pork.

Wholegrain mustard is milder than Dijon and will add subtle mustard flavour to mashed potato or a creamy chicken pie filling. Use it to marinade beef before roasting or spread on sourdough for a punchy pastrami sandwich.

Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, white wine 16.7% (with sulphites), spirit vinegar, salt, mustard seed husks (with sulphites), sugar, spices.
