This Asian condiment gets its heat from dried chilli flakes. The naturally fermented base is made with shallots, garlic, soy sauce and shiitake mushrooms. Roasted peanuts add crunch to every spoonful.

Dudu Eats chilli oil is handmade in small batches by a mother-and-daughter duo. It’s the brainchild of Romany Henry, a culinary-trained chef and food content creator. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Phuket. Now living in London, Romany shares her passion for food and travel on social media.
