Care instructions: before first use, wash in warm water and washing up liquid. Dry thoroughly, then coat the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat the pan on a low heat for a few minutes, then use a clean cloth to wipe off any excess oil. The pan is now ready use. This process can be repeated as necessary to maintain the pan’s non-stick surface. After use, wait for the pan to cool and then wash with warm soapy water. Soak the pans in warm water to loosen any stubborn residue. Avoid bleach and abrasives. Always dry the pan thoroughly before storing.
