Dissolve a tablespoon of Clearspring organic sweet white miso in 240ml of hot dashi stock for a light soup to go with a Japanese meal. Mix sweet white miso into mashed potato or mashed swede as an alternative to butter or cream.
Sweet white miso is even great in desserts. Use it in a homemade caramel ice cream or white chocolate blondies to add complex layers of sweet, salt and savoury.
