Casas de Hualdo Reserva de Familia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml

Description

Casas de Hualdo Reserva de Familia olive oil is produced in central Spain. The olives are hand-picked from the family’s olive groves in the region of Castilla-La Mancha.

This Spanish olive oil has a complex flavour profile. It’s made from early harvest Cornicabra, Arbequina, Picual, and Manzanilla olives. They are processed shortly after the harvest to create a pure, fresh tasting oil.

Casas de Hualdo describes this oil as ‘complex, elegant and persistent’. It’s a feast for all the senses. Expect aromas of olive leaf, almond and green tomato. On the palate, it’s intensely fruity and beautifully balanced. The finish is long-lasting with a hint of peppery heat.

Reserva de Familia extra virgin olive oil transforms simple dishes. Swirl it over ripe tomatoes, burrata and grilled asparagus. We like to use it as a finishing flourish, adding a splash just before serving.

Drizzle this outstanding EVOO over spaghetti or pan-fried hake. It’s wonderful in salad dressings, too.
