Ssamjang is traditionally used as a marinade for Korean BBQ meats, but this sauce is also a versatile ingredient to add instant rich flavour to any dish. Stir a spoonful through noodles for an easy meal that packs bold flavour, or use to enrich a tomato stew with warm heat.
