Bull Head BBQ sauce brings a balance of pungent, spicy and fragrant flavours to your Taiwanese cooking. A blend of soybean oil, dried fish, chilli powder and ginger gives a strong aroma to this barbecue sauce.
This sauce isn't just for your BBQ dishes! We love it for every cooking method, be it braising, stewing or frying. Add a spoonful to vegetables and noodles for a speedy stir-fry, use it as a marinade for beef, or add it to your stocks and soups.
