3-Tier Aluminium Steamer

Description

Use this 3-tier aluminium steamer to cook dim sum, fish and vegetables. The set includes a two-handled pan, two steaming levels and a lid. The steaming levels also have handles for easy lifting and serving.

Steaming is a great way to cook healthy meals. Bring water to the boil in the pan, then add the steaming tiers. Turn the water down to a simmer and place the lid on top. This traps moisture to gently steam your ingredients, locking in flavour and nutrients.

With three steaming tiers, you can cook an entire meal at once. Place fish or meat on the bottom level and vegetables on the upper level. You can then remove the layers once your ingredients are cooked. Vegetables like asparagus will need less cooking time than fillets of salmon.

You can also use the pan without the steaming levels on top. It’s ideal for boiling rice, pasta and vegetables.
