Sourhouse is on a mission to help people make better sourdough. Back in 2020, keen baker Erik Fabian teamed up with industrial designer Jennifer Yoko Olson to create home baking tools that simplify the sourdough process. After a successful crowdfunding project, they launched their online store in 2022. Today, Goldie by Sourhouse is warming thousands of starters in kitchens all around the world.
