Sourhouse Cooling Puck, Pack of 3

These cooling pucks are designed to be used with Goldie by Sourhouse, the innovative sourdough starter warming device. In hot weather, your sourdough starter may get too warm and the yeast will die. If you see Goldie’s temperature lamp turn red, simply take a cooling puck from your freezer and place it on top of the jar to cool it down. When the light turns yellow, you’re back in the ‘Goldilocks Zone’ - the perfect temperature for your starter to rise and produce fantastic, bakery-quality loaves.

This pack of three cooling puck allows you to rotate the pucks to maximise your cooling time. Keep them in your freezer so they’re ready to use when things get too warm.
