Wholemeal cassava flour is a gluten and grain free alternative to wheat flour. Unlike coarse Brazilian manioc flour or cassava starch, you can substitute wholemeal cassava flour for wheat flour 1:1 in your everyday baking!

Wholemeal cassava flour gives breads, cakes, and pancakes a light and fluffy texture. Use cassava flour to dust chicken, fish or vegetables before frying to give them a long-lasting crispy coating. Use it in pastry, to thicken a roux, or even to make your own gluten free pasta.
