Yukihira Saucepan, 24cm

Description

The Yukihira saucepan is versatile, lightweight and beautifully made. It’s ideal for boiling, simmering and sauce making.

In Japan, these pans are used for making dashi and miso soup. The pan can be used on any cooktop, including induction.

The interior is hammered to create dimples in the steel. This maximises heat retention and prevents food from sticking and burning.

Made from premium stainless steel, the pan is easy to clean and care for. It won’t rust, stain or retain odours. 

The pan has pouring spouts on both sides and a wooden handle that stays cool while you cook. Volume measurements are clearly marked on the inside of the pan.

Induction compatible. The base diameter is 20cm. Nickel-free.
