Valrhona Manjari 64% dark chocolate chips are fresh and tangy with a lingering deep chocolate finish. The first choice of patisserie chefs across the world, these chips have a perfect balance of cocoa solids and sugar. The Manjari chocolate contains a minimum of 64% cocoa solids and is made from a single variety of Madagascar cocoa bean.

The individually moulded chocolate chips are easy to weigh out and very quick to melt with their trademark Valrhona feves or bean shape - great for producing consistent results. Use these chocolate chips when making tortes, ganache and adding to cookies.
