Strawberry Lolly Chocolate Mould


Create strawberry-shaped lollies with this durable plastic chocolate mould. The smooth surface gives your lollies a shiny, professional finish.

Try using ruby chocolate, which has a natural pink colour and sweet berry fruitiness. You can use food colouring pastes or icing pens to add leaf and seed details.

Add the lolly sticks while the chocolate is still warm. Ensure they are completely covered by chocolate to secure them in place.

Pour tempered chocolate into the mould and then tap the mould a few times on a steady work surface to avoid air bubbles. Hold the mould upside down to remove the excess chocolate and use a spatula to tidy the surface. Once the chocolate has set, turn the mould upside down. Leave at room temperature. As the chocolate cools further and contracts, the chocolate shapes will detach themselves from the mould and drop out.
