Praline is made from sugar and caramelised hazelnut pieces. It’s a pantry staple for bakers and pastry chefs. You can add it to all kinds of baked goods, from brownies to buttery madeleines. Try folding praline through pastry to give it a crispy texture.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller.
