Yuzu is a citrus fruit with a complex flavour and floral aroma. Its taste is often compared to sour lime, mandarin and grapefruit. Native to East Asia, yuzu juice is used in everything from marinades to drinks and desserts. 

This liqueur combines fresh citrus notes and a roasted shochu aroma. Serve it after dinner with fruity or creamy desserts. The sharp yuzu tang is a great match for cheesecake or an exotic fruit salad.
