Keep Sabarot’s porcini mushrooms in your pantry and enjoy the rich, earthy flavour of these prized mushrooms all year round. Simply rinse in cold water, drain and prepare in the same way as fresh mushrooms. The hand-picked mushrooms are delicious in omelettes, tarts, pasta dishes and rich sauces for chicken and steak.

For a quick supper, fry the mushrooms in butter and garlic and add a pinch of thyme. Toss the cooked mushrooms with fresh pappardelle or pile onto chargrilled sourdough. Their nutty, woodsy flavour is a real treat for fungi lovers!
