Rosle Modern Classics Silicone Spatula

Use Rosle’s Modern Classics silicone spatula to mix and fold batters as well as smoothing frosting on cakes. Made of stainless steel and silicone, this spatula has a soft and hard side - the soft side curves to the shape of your bowl and pan to make sure everything is well mixed. The hard side is great for smoothing icing for cakes. 

This silicone spatula can withstand temperatures up to 220°C, so you can use it directly in hot sauces and mixtures.

This spatula comes in three sizes:

• 20cm (W 2.7cm)- great for getting honey, jams and marmalades out of jars or small cake decoration
• 26cm (W 5cm)- perfect for baking and patisserie work including smoothing icing 
• 32cm (W 7.5cm)- ideal for mixing, scraping and folding large portions of batter

This spatula is dishwasher safe.
