Description
Pariani’s whole peeled pistachios are already shelled, with the rough skin removed to reveal creamy green nuts. With an excellent crunch and bright colour, these pistachios are perfect for making traditional brittle, or caramel pralines. Or roughly chop the pistachios and use them to add texture to rice salads and pilafs. They also make an excellent garnish for soups and stews.
We also love gently toasting the pistachios in a dry frying pan, then sprinkling over grilled plums and yogurt for an elegant dessert.
