The Netherton Foundry crepe pan is all you need for perfect crispy crepes.

This high-quality spun iron pan becomes more non-stick over time, and will see you and your family through many a pancake day and beyond.

The wide, shallow crepe pan is also ideal for omelettes. You can even use as a frying pan day to day.

Made from Netherton Foundry’s signature spun iron, the crepe pan is lighter than cast iron but still has the sought after non-stick, patina-building qualities and durability.

What hob is this for? 

Netherton Foundry say the pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces including induction hobs, the crepe pan heats fast and cools quickly. It also comes pre-seasoned, so you can get cooking right away. 

Because the Netherton crepe pan is quite lightweight, we believe the pan performs best on gas hobs. For Induction or electric hobs, we'd suggest a heavier weight pan (e.g. cast iron or a classic Netherton Foundry frying pan with the same base diameter as your hob) 

Pan care

Before the first use, wash the pan with hot water. Do not use detergent. Dry immediately with a towel, as leaving to air dry increases the chance of rusting. If you need to scrub, use a plastic bristled brush in hot soapy water, but avoid anything harsher. Avoid detergents completely.

Caution: if using a ceramic or induction hob, increase the heat slowly for the first few uses to prevent buckling. Do not drop hot pans into cold water – this can cause the metal to warp or shatter. Not dishwasher safe.
