Garlic and ginger form the base of many much-loved Indian curries, from korma to Jalfrezi, as well as more unusual recipes such as Bengali dry fried lamb. 

Ingredients: Garlic 75%, ginger 20%, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium ascorbate.
