Mermaid Silver Anodised Baking Sheet
Description
Use the Mermaid silver anodised baking sheet when making cookies, macarons and biscuits. This heavy-duty yet lightweight baking sheet has flat edges all around, ideal for sliding cookies straight onto a cooling rack.
Aluminium offers even heat distribution throughout the entire sheet, meaning there are no hot or cool spots, producing a consistent bake, everytime. This aluminium sheet has undergone an anodising process which hardens the aluminium, making it tougher and resistant to rust and the effects of frequent use. This sheet is a durable, long lasting piece of bakeware that can be used time and time again.
The bakeware improves with age. Unlike products coated with non-stick (PTFE), which deteriorate with use, frequent use of the Mermaid silver products will enhance their release properties. After each use, the anodised surface captures and retains a microscopic film of lubricant which builds up to form a ‘patina’.
