Lobo’s panko Japanese bread crumbs give the lightest, crispiest texture to traditional Katsu dishes. These Japanese bread crumbs have a coarse texture, which gives them a larger surface area when coating meat and vegetables. It means they produce the lightest and airiest coating when deep-fried.
Use these panko Japanese breadcrumbs for the perfect Chicken Katsu. They also work brilliantly for vegetable tempura, Arancini balls or a pork schnitzel.
