The Lagoa vinaigrier in a 2.5L lets you make your own vinegar at home in compact spaces! Just add wine or cider, and let your vinegar ferment in as little as 4 weeks. No matter your space, this smaller vinaigrier is perfect to start your fermenting journey. 

The hand-glazed traditional ‘amphora’ style vinaigrier echoes those that have been used all around the Mediterranean for hundreds of years. The curved section in the wooden stand makes it easy to fit a bottle, jar or cup under the tap. The two handles on either side make it easy to pick up and store. It has a wooden tap to pour as much vinegar out as you need!
