La Perla’s giandujotti selection is a luxurious gift for chocolate lovers. The collectable tin contains individually wrapped pralines. 

It is a celebration of gianduja, a rich blend of chocolate and hazelnuts. Gianduja is a speciality of northern Italy, where these pralines are made.

The selection includes:

  • Giandujot - Milk chocolate with gianduja hazelnuts (31%)
  • Fluido Giandujot - Milk chocolate filled with gianduja cream
  • P. Nocciola - Milk chocolate with gianduja hazelnuts (no added sugar)
  • P. Pistacchio - White chocolate praline with pistachios (no added sugar)

Gianduja was invented in Turin during Napoleon’s reign. It is a harmonious blend of cocoa and Piedmontese hazelnuts. The sweet, nutty paste is used to make chocolates. It is also used to make gelato and other desserts.

About La Perla di Torino

Company founder Sergio Arzilli grew up in his family’s pastry business. But when he discovered he was coeliac, he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity. He studied the art of chocolate making, and in 1992, founded La Perla di Torino. The company specialises in gluten-free offerings, made in Turin, the spiritual home of gianduja, using the best-quality ingredients, including the Piedmont Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut.

Ingredients: Sugar, piedmont hazelnuts (22%), cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, sweetener: maltitol (14%), pistachios (6%), sunflower seed oil, cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin, natural colouring agent: chlorophyllin e141, natural vanilla flavour, flavours, sea salt flakes.
