About La Perla di Torino

La Perla founder Sergio grew up with his family’s pastry business. But discovered he was coeliac. So he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity. Sergio studied the art of chocolate making, and in 1992, founded La Perla di Torino.

La Perla is based in Turin, the spiritual home of gianduja. And pride themselves on their fine ingredients - including the 'Piedmont Tonda Gentile Trilobata' hazelnut. With many awards for innovation and flavour, La Perla chocolates are beautifully blended. Often with flavours you won't find elsewhere.

When we first tried the flavours, we loved them! Tiramisu, salted peanut, pistachio and raspberry truffles, have all been awarded with international prizes.
