Description

Homi Kitchen Hei Hei Pepper Sauce transforms simple stir fries. Add a splash to the wok when you’re cooking noodles or fried rice. It’s fantastic with meat, seafood and vegetables. 

The sauce is inspired by one of Singapore’s national dishes, black pepper crab. Homi Kitchen adds ginger, chillies and garlic to a sweet soy sauce base. A blend of black and white pepper gives it a fiery kick.

Drizzle Hei Hei Pepper Sauce over steamed fish and wok-fried prawns. It can also be used as a marinade for meat and vegetables. Use a silicone brush to baste skewers of chicken while they cook. The sauce will caramelise, creating a sweet, sticky glaze.

Homi Kitchen Hei Hei Pepper Sauce  is vegan-friendly and free from preservatives.

Shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 10 days.
