Dekopon is a seedless and sweet variety of satsuma that originates from Japan. To classify as a dekopon, the fruit must have citric acid levels below 1%, and the fruit’s intense sweetness has been likened to candy. Enjoy this sweet and fruity tipple over ice, or mix with soda water to create a longer cocktail.
Ingredients: Rice-based shochu spirit, rice, plum, fructose glucose syrup, dekopon citrus juice, citric acid.
