Gymkhana’s peanut sesame chutney has an addictive nutty flavour. It’s made with peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut, garlic and curry leaves. Red and green chilli give it a slow-burning heat.

Serve this fragrant Indian chutney with poppadoms or masala dosa. It’s a delicious pre-dinner snack with crackers and crudités.

Use up any leftover chutney by mixing it with olive oil and lemon juice. It makes a great marinade for fish and poultry.
