Description

Use these golden mushrooms as a garnish for salads, soups and noodle stir-fries. Golden noodles, also known as enoki mushrooms, or golden needle mushrooms, are a long, small capped variety, with a mild taste and crisp texture. The canning process preserves the flavour and nutrients of these mild mushrooms. 

There are numerous ways to enjoy these mushrooms: pair them with noodles in stir-fries, serve on top of hot and sour soup, or add to fresh cucumber salads.

It’s best to add these golden mushrooms to your dish just before serving to preserve the al dente texture.
