The Filippone family farm is situated 1,000 metres above sea level in Sicily’s majestic Madonie Park. The mountain climate and the quality of the soil make it the ideal place to grow fragrant, flavourful herbs. The family uses sustainable, organic farming methods to preserve their surroundings for years to come.
