Eaten Alive preserved lemon hot sauce combines the heat of habaneros with ripe, zesty lemons and sweet yellow peppers. This vibrant sauce is slowly fermented over several months to lock in the fiery, fruity flavours. The lemon zing and chilli heat works beautifully with grilled fish and seafood - try splashing it over barbecued bream or skewers of tiger prawns.

This preserved lemon hot sauce will add a spicy, citrus kick to salad dressings, hummus and marinades for barbecued meat and vegetables. Try adding it to mayonnaise as a dip for chips or as a base for a punchy coleslaw.

There are thousands of hot sauces to choose from but only a handful go through the fermentation process. This process gives the finished sauce a deep, savoury flavour and rounded chilli heat.
