Description
The De Buyer extendable 5-blade pastry roller lets you cut even strips of pastry or dough quickly and easily.
The concertina-like mechanism lets you easily adjust the distance between each roller, for thicker or thinner strips as you require. When you reach the desired width, you can lock the roller in place. It comes with both smooth and fluted cutting blades so you have every occasion covered.
The whole extendable pastry roller is made from stainless steel. It extends to cut strips from 1cm to 11cm in width. When ‘closed’ the pastry cutter is 27cm long.
Dishwasher safe.
